Youth and Community Outreach

BHB CDC is deeply committed to restoring hope, identity, and opportunity to youth and families across our communities. Through innovative, faith-rooted programs, we equip the next generation with the tools, mentorships, and spiritual foundation needed to thrive.

Our youth empowerment initiative focuses on leadership development, life skills training, academic support, and workforce readiness for your ages 12-24. Through programs like Kingdom Youth Academy, Vision Builders Mentorship Circles, and Youth Marketplace Bootcamps, we prepare young people to walk boldly in their calling- spiritually, professionally, and personally.

Our Community Outreach Division actively addresses real needs with compassion, prayer, and sustainable solutions and is the heart of our hands on ministry- bringing faith, love, and practical resources directly to the streets, homes, and hearts of those we serve. Guided by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, our outreach initiatives address urgent needs, uplift broken communities, and create spaces for healing, unity, and transformation.

BHB CDC core strategies will be:

Faith-based Youth Empowerment Programs: establishing weekly youth discipleship nights, spiritual mentorship groups, and prayer and worship gatherings

Educational and Academic Support: After-school enrichment, College and Career readiness workshops, and STEM + Faith programs

Youth Life Skills & Wellness Training: Mental health check in circles, Financial Literacy for teens, Etiquette and purpose seminars

Youth Leadership and community engagement: Youth Leadership Council, Mission and Service Opportunities, Annual Youth Revival or Retreat.

Consistent Presence in Underserved areas: Adopt a block teams, Mobile Ministry Vans

Resource Connection & Emergency Relief: Hot Meal and clothing Distribution, Crisis Response Ministry

Spiritual Restoration and Evangelism: Neighborhood prayer walks and tent revivals, Street Ministry and testimony events

Collaborative Community events: Annually outreach events, Health and healing Fairs

Community Building and Partnership development: Church and Ministry Network Development, Resident Leadership Teams

By integrating spiritual restoration with practical empowerment, we aim to break generational cycles of poverty, violence and homelessness— raising up youth and community members as kingdom leaders who serve, rebuild, and uplift their neighborhoods.
