Tyrone D Grayson is visionary servant-leader, community advocate, and faith-based entrepreneur who founded By His Blood Foundation Community Development Center with a mission to restore lives, rebuild families, and revive communities through the power of GOD.

With over a decade of leadership in nonprofit development, restaurant leadership, and ministry, Tyrone combines practical expertise with a deep spiritual calling. Born and raised in Buffalo NY, and now based in Macon Ga, he has committed his life to addressing the root causes of poverty, brokenness, and generational cycles through holistic, Christ-centered solutions.

As Executive Director, Tyrone oversees multiple strategic initiatives including youth empowerment, affordable housing development, spiritual and mental wellness programming, and small business incubation.

A former Area director and current business owner, these key roles have help shape his operational skill and entrepreneurial insight. He now brings that business acumen into community empowerment, ensuring every initiative is sustainable, scalable, and spiritually aligned.

Tyrone’s leadership is grounded in Isaiah 61 — rebuilding “the ancient ruins” and renewing hope in distressed communities. He believes deeply in collaborative partnerships, servant leadership, and raising up the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
